How It Works

​Choose a meal program that suits your lifestyle needs. Once you pick a meal program, we will email you the weekly menu to hand-select your meals for the week. All orders are due Wednesday by noon for delivery the following week. We deliver meals twice a week (Monday and Wednesday) to ensure freshness.

​Create an account with us! After your order is received with your preferred meal program, a receipt and client intake form will land in your inbox. This will tell me everything you would like us to know about you! Any likes, dislikes, allergies, or preferences.

ENJOY! We deliver your fresh meals every Monday and Wednesday to your home, gym, or office between 6 AM and 12 PM PST. All meals are mindfully made gluten, dairy, soy, and refined sugar-free. We source our produce locally and shop organic as much as possible.

Wild isles salmon with white rice, grilled zucchini, and our house dairy-free tzatziki sauce. Topped with fresh dill and lemon.

Loaded Buffalo Sweet Potato
A comforting protein-packed loaded sweet potato with buffalo chicken breast. Served with string beans and a side of our dairy-free cheese sauce

Zhug Chicken
Marinated Chicken thighs served with quinoa, bell pepper, onions, and our house Zhug (herby green sauce).

Shrimp Scampi
Shrimp and gluten-free spaghetti noodles smothered in a delicious buttery garlic sauce with red pepper flakes and broccolini.
Contains: Shellfish, Dairy (Ghee)
Ghee: Some who are strictly dairy-free but still eat animal products sometimes eat ghee.

Maple Dijon Pork Chop
Pork chop with smashed fingerling potato, green beans, and a side of maple dijon sauce.
