How It Works
​Choose a meal program that suits your lifestyle needs. Once you pick a meal program, we will email you the weekly menu to hand-select your meals for the week. All orders are due Wednesday by noon for delivery the following week. We deliver meals twice a week (Monday and Wednesday) to ensure freshness.
​Create an account with us! After your order is received with your preferred meal program, a receipt and client intake form will land in your inbox. This will tell me everything you would like us to know about you! Any likes, dislikes, allergies, or preferences.
ENJOY! We deliver your fresh meals every Monday and Wednesday to your home, gym, or office between 6 AM and 12 PM PST. All meals are mindfully made gluten, dairy, soy, and refined sugar-free. We source our produce locally and shop organic as much as possible.

Sushi-grade albacore tuna tossed in coconut aminos, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Served on top of white rice, greens, seaweed salad, cucumber, avocado, edamame, furikake spicy mayo, and coconut aminos.

Carnitas Burrito Bowl
Pork, Mexican rice, bell peppers, onions, corn, avocado, cilantro, and a side of salsa.
Shrimp Hibachi
Shrimp, zucchini, mushroom, onion, broccoli, carrot served with a side of fried rice. Served with a side of our house yum yum sauce.

Maple Dijon Chicken
Grilled chicken breast with sweet potato, broccolini, and topped with a maple dijon sauce (dijon mustard, maple, acv, garlic, salt, pepper) and herbs.
Italian Tri-Tip
Tri-tip, white jasmine rice, zucchini, yellow squash, tomato, and a side of our house Italian dressing (EVOO, vinegar, lemon, honey, garlic, dijon, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning).
